ITA Instructors

For anyone wishing to study at the Academy, it is important that their instructor is not only a subject matter specialist, but is also a highly proficient teacher, which is a discipline all of its own.

ITA instructors are selected from the very best military and police trainers available anywhere and we go to great lengths to ensure that each member of the team has access to the latest technical information and continues to perform operational tasks whenever available, in order to maintain their subject currency.

Each ITA instructor is encouraged to undertake formal training as a civilian teacher, which leads to a Cert Ed qualification. In this way we develop our own skills in order to be able to provide our students with the most up to date information, delivered in the most effective way.
